Early bird pricing deal for Specsavers PAC 2026
Specsavers has opened registration for its annual flagship CPD event – with an early bird pricing deal.

The Professional Advancement Conference (PAC) features sessions spanning optics and audiology when it takes place on at Birmingham’s International Conference Centre (ICC) on 13 September. The event is open to clinicians across the sector.
External clinicians can access an early bird rate of £109 + VAT for the first six weeks, rising to £119 + VAT thereafter, while internal colleagues will pay £109 + VAT.
‘We’ve enhanced the programme significantly this year and introduced new ways to learn,’ says Bhavik Parmar, Head of Continuing Professional Development (CPD), Specsavers.
‘There’s also practical support like on-site childcare so more clinicians can attend, develop and connect.’
Clinical areas such as dry eye, myopia management, glaucoma will be covered for optical clinicians, with tinnitus and sustainability among audiology topics covered.
Mr Parmar adds: ‘PAC 2026, in partnership with independent ophthalmology provider Newmedica, is championing a holistic approach to professional development.
‘There are dedicated tracks and sessions for IP optometrists, trainees, contact lens opticians, dispensing opticians, WOPEC delegates, domiciliary and audiology colleagues.’
New formats for 2026 include theatre-based clinical scenarios and VRICS, alongside workshops, peer discussions and a new Learning Hub offering bite-sized sessions throughout the day.
The exhibition hall will feature live demonstrations of technologies including Eye-light LLLT and ZEST, alongside innovations from industry suppliers.
