Booking opens for NOC 2022 Leeds
LOC chair Dr Joy Tweed said: “2022 is a particularly important year, with the creation of new statutory local organisations and opportunities for collaboration.”
Big changes are happening with the transition to Integrated Care Systems (ICSs), Optometry First and the National Eye Care Recovery and Transformation Programme so there’ll be plenty to talk about.
The NOC will also be an opportunity to meet and hear from our new leadership team. Both Dr Joy Tweed Chair of the LOCSU board and our recently appointed CEO Janice Foster will be attending.
Dr Joy Tweed, LOC Chair, said:
“2022 is a particularly important year, with the creation of new statutory local organisations and opportunities for collaboration. The NOC enables us to hear first-hand from keynote speakers about the vision for primary care and the opportunities for optometry.”
We’re also delighted to have with us our key speaker Louise Wickham who is national clinical director for eyecare.
As with previous NOC’s we’re pleased to offer one free place per LOC, but we encourage each LOC to send more than one delegate to gain the maximum experience and participation from the event.
