OSA welcomes 3 new Directors to Board

The OSA is pleased to welcome three new directors to its board.

Jayne Abel of Eyespace Eyewear, Rob Barrow of Spec–Care Services and Laura Haverley of Keeler will be attending the first OSA board meeting due to take place on Friday 14 January.

Each was elected to the board in December 2021: Jayne in her capacity as Chair of the OSA Sustainability Committee, Rob as new OSA Frames Group Vice Chair and Laura as new OSA Equipment Vice Chair.

OSA Chair Andy Hepworth said, “I am delighted to welcome Jayne, Rob and Laura to the OSA board.  Between them they have a huge range of expertise and can bring insights which will help inform and shape different sectors of OSA membership.  I look forward to meeting with all directors on the 14 January – my first in the role as OSA Chair – to discuss how we can build on the excellent work of my predecessor Stuart Burn, with evolving benefits and continuous support for members in many different forms”.
