HealthHero Reaches 30m Lives Milestone

New Insurance Wins Broaden Reach Across Europe

HealthHero, the European leader in digital healthcare, today announced that it has hit a new milestone of 30 million patients covered by its digital health services. These patients represent an aggregate of all the people served by HealthHero, including those through corporate and insurance partners, through the NHS, and those served directly through the group’s sites and apps.

HealthHero makes it easier for people to manage their health, with more convenient access to a holistic range of health services and better outcomes for patients. Partners that have recently gone live with HealthHero’s healthcare services include Santéclair and Groupama in France, in addition to Lime Insurance and Medipartner that are using HealthHero’s GP Services in the UK.

“We are delighted to reach this milestone of 30 million lives covered, helping to simplify healthcare and improve lives no matter when patients need it. By combining digital convenience with clinical expertise we can serve a huge number of people that national health services cannot always support, whether that is by providing virtual or remote consultation directly to patients, or through employers, insurers and other partners such as wellbeing providers,” said Ranjan Singh, HealthHero co-founder and CEO. “We are looking to expand our reach even further across Europe, particularly through mental and physical wellbeing services for employers and insurers, as well as moving into preventative care.”

HealthHero now handles thousands of patient interactions per month, including teleconsultation and virtual GP calls, online triage referrals for GP surgeries, EAP and mental health calls via employer benefits, 111 helpline calls for the NHS and symptom/health risk assessments via digital clinical tools.
