CooperVision unveiled as BCLA conference sponsors
Contact lens manufacturer CooperVision has been announced as a platinum sponsor for this year’s BCLA’s Clinical Conference and Exhibition.
The platinum sponsorship package will see CooperVision benefit from increased exposure across the BCLA’s flagship event to be held at the International Convention Centre (ICC) in Birmingham from Thursday, 5 June to Saturday, 7 June.
BCLA chief executive Luke Stevens-Burt said: “We are delighted to once again be able to count on the support of CooperVision.
“Their backing is fundamental to the work we do in showcasing the latest in contact lens research and education, leading to enhanced knowledge for eye care professionals and improved patient outcomes.
“This year’s clinical conference and exhibition promises to offer an exceptional three days of learning. We would also welcome the support of other brands and manufacturers within the industry. By working together we can do so much more.”
The BCLA Clinical Conference and Exhibition is designed to showcase world-class clinically relevant research while nurturing new researchers, clinicians and young academics to present at this level.
Eye care professionals attending the conference will be challenged to evolve their day-to-day practice to make it more evidence-based and patient-centric by offering “science-informed clinical management”.
