The Diane Gould Photographic Competition, proudly sponsored by Topcon Healthcare, for 2025. This is your chance to showcase your best scientific photographs, related to contact lenses and/or the anterior eye!
A keen supporter of the BCLA, Diane sadly passed away in June 2013. Diane attended 20 BCLA Conferences during her career, and the BCLA Photographic Award is named in her honour.
The BCLA Academic Committee invites you to submit your photographs for presentation at the 2025 BCLA Clinical Conference & Exhibition, set to take place from 5–7 June 2025 at the ICC Birmingham, UK.
What we’re looking for:
• Original and educational images of contact lenses and/or the anterior eye
• A descriptive title, a short case history, and details of the imaging technique used
• Judging criteria: originality, educational value, technical execution, and photographic skill
Why enter?
• All submissions will be entered into the competition, with the winner and runners-up announced live at the conference!
• Important: You must be available to attend the prize-giving ceremony at the event in June to be eligible.
