This unique three day symposium will provide a forum for the exchange of information and new ideas relevant to clinical practice, investigations, and therapeutic management of patients with ocular inflammatory diseases and complex uveitic conditions, with an in-depth discussion surrounding the diagnosis and therapeutic strategies of specific inflammatory disorders.

Speakers Include:

Dr Ioannis Papasavvas an Ophthalmologist working in the Center for Ophthalmic Specialised Care (COS) in Lausanne with special interest in Uveitis-Intraocular inflammation and
Retinal diseases. Dr Ioannis Papasavvas will be presenting on day two, during the following sections:

• Non infectious disease I – Choroid and ocular inflammation, with a talk on Birdshot Retinochoroiditis.

• Non infectious disease II – Primary systemic vasculitis and Retinal Vasculitis, covering Clinical features of Intermediate uveitis: symptoms, signs and classification.

Mr Harry Petrushkin a Consultant Ophthalmologist at Moorfields and Great Ormond Street Hospital Specialising in the medical and surgical management of uveitis in adults and children.

Harry Petrushkin will be presenting on day 1 and 3 with:

• Infective vs non infective, Retinal vasculitis: does it tell something about etiology?

• Pediatric uveitis – How to approach diagnosis in children with uveitis.

Dr Lola Solebo a Clinician Scientist and Deputy Head of the Population, Policy and Practice department of UCL Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health (GOS ICH), and a Consultant Paediatric Ophthalmologist at Great Ormond Street Hospital, where she is also a part of the Uveitis team.

Dr Lola Solebo will be presenting on Pediatric uveitis and the Management of paediatric uveitis, cataract.
