HOYA customers can seek advice and guidance, and more
New PocketEye collaboration allows HOYA customers to seek advice and guidance, clinical support and diagnose patients with confidence.
HOYA are delighted to announce a new service that will be available at a discounted rate to all Visionary Alliance members – PocketEye.
PocketEye is an online app platform that allows Eye Care Professionals (Optometrists and Opticians) to seek advice, guidance, clinical and diagnostic support from UK Ophthalmologists for any patient.
Send images/videos (OCT, visual fields, lid photos etc.) for formal reports, and live chat with UK Ophthalmologists.
Sending a clinical query takes less than 3 minutes, and the PocketEye assessment and response time is rapid (within 30 minutes).
A PocketEye subscription also includes regular CPD events and workshops for practice Optometrists.
PocketEye saves Optometry practices time, each clinical referral saving the Optometrist around 20 minutes waiting on the telephone to the HES. Having PocketEye also empowers practice owners to be more attractive employers, due to the provision of added clinical support and tailored CPD events. As a practice owner, you can also advertise your enhanced clinical service to patients.
