Fixed for November 10th, 2021: the first global digital event about presbyopia and the latest advances in progressive lenses

Essilor announces the first Global Varilux Summit, hosted on the Essilor Vision Care Center, its brand new virtual platform dedicated to hosting digital events for eye care professionals: ophthalmologists, optometrists and opticians.
The Global Varilux Summit is designed to explore the latest insights on presbyopia and to share new horizons for vision.

Eye care professionals from around the world are invited to register now for the Varilux Global Summit. The session will air at 6pm for ECPs in the UK and Ireland.

They can expect to:

– hear about the latest insights in consumer research and about trends in eye health
– get inspiration from experts and scientists: scientific developments in presbyopic correction and innovation methodologies behind progressive lenses,
– share best practices between peers and get concrete recommendations from the field
– join and learn from a network of 10 000+ eye care professionals

The Global Varilux Summit will broadcast on Wednesday November 10th 2021 to 66 countries and will be available in 11 languages including: English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Polish, Turkish, Mandarin Chinese, Korean, Bahasa, and Portuguese. Registration to this free virtual event is already open, with the invitations being delivered via EssilorLuxottica’s local subsidiaries around the world. Eye care professionals may register themselves and invite others to register up until November 9, 2021
