Could you cope better with a better Change Management Process?

Could you cope better with a better Change Management Process?

Change is all around us, through changing legislation, new and improved technologies, business expansions, market changes and developments.

A new change management workshop from ABDO gives practice managers and owners the chance to discover how different people see change, and how to make change successfully.

Change costs time and money so make sure that it is directed in the right areas by knowing what to change and what to leave alone. Why not attend one of the 1-day workshops to learn more about the skill of change management and talk through real-life challenges? The Change Management Workshop includes sessions on:

  • what is change in the workplace?
  • supporting individuals and teams through change.
  • implementing and monitoring change in the workplace.

Steve Bellamy, course tutor says, “Anyone that has attended our ‘managing conflict’ and ‘managing change’ workshops will tell you that meeting with likeminded colleagues to share experiences and learn technique together is really beneficial. The workshops focus around the experiences of those attending and together we look at how we can approach situations with a clear structure ensuring that the best possible outcomes are possible every time.”

The next Change Management Workshop runs on Tuesday 16 August at the ABDO NRC in Birmingham. These workshops attract 9 CPD points.
