Participants will gain practical insights into safeguarding patient data, understanding legal frameworks and mitigating risks from cybersecurity threats and human error.
Framing Myopia Management
There are a variety of spectacle lens options available for treatment of myopia progression. In this lecture, Dr Alicia Thompson looks at the importance of careful frame selection in regard to myopia management in children when using these treatments. Paediatric fitting differs from that of an adult so the session looks at what practitioners should be looking at when dispensing children as well as the impact of a poorly fitting pair of spectacles to the child.
