ISD-DE expand popular course to a full day’s education with CPD (applied)
By Popular demand from Optometrists and those considering expanding or commencing work with Dry and Watery Eye Clinics:
The ISD-DE announces: a new Full day expanded Update Course on The Wet and the Dry eye as part of The Year of the Tear conference.
“We are all interested in improving the lives of the many patients who are suffering from different degrees of Dry and Watery Eyes, complaining of tired sore red eyes, heavy eyes, watery eyes, painful eyes, itchy eyes and sticky eyes. Many patients with watering eyes have blepharitis and meibomian gland dysfunction, as well a degree of blocked tear ducts (lacrimal outflow stenosis).” J Olver President Elect of 2024 ISD-DE.
The Update course will provide many useful takeaways to those who currently run or are considering starting a dry eye clinic within their practice or providing clinical work on watery and dry eyes: assessment, ancillary tests, and optimal home and in clinic treatments.
