ESSILOR EXPERTS PROGRAMME gets a refresh
Essilor’s partner programme, Essilor® Experts, has been updated with extra benefits and loyalty rewards for ECPs.
The programme is designed to help ECPs increase visibility within their local community, drive footfall and provide a unique, immersive, and tailor-made experience for patients with the benefits offered as part of the membership.
The tiered programme which incorporates a partner, specialist, and ambassador package, now offers ECPs the ability to unlock additional benefits as they progress up the levels. These include captivating window takeovers, complimentary marketing support for ambassadors and priority access to customer experience days at EssilorLuxottica’s showroom in Kensington. New loyalty rewards such as iPads, gift vouchers, and seasonal gifts are now also up for grabs.

The programme is based on three pillars to help diversify optical practices with a strategic focus:
- Drive traffic to the practice, through media campaigns and digital tools, aimed to increase brand awareness and practice visibility.
- Engage patients and showcase expertise with the help of advanced training for the team, providing personalised premium lenses, an immersive in-store-journey, and full product warranties.
- Improve business performance and efficiency with digital tools such as EssilorPRO portal, a self-service platform to place and track orders.
