Award for customer service programme rewarding thousands of colleagues
AN in-practice customer service programme that rewarded thousands of Specsavers colleagues for their efforts has scooped a major award.
The £6m programme to further enhance customer service at practices across the country has been recognised at the recent Institute of Customer Service Awards, winning the ‘best return on customer service investment’ category.
The judges considered how the scheme has helped Specsavers buck retail market service trends with customer sentiment towards care in its practices rising further.
The programme also financially rewarded thousands of Specsavers colleagues for their hard work.
‘I’m incredibly proud of the teams that supported the design and delivery of the programme,’ says Arjun Kundi, Specsavers director of customer operations. ‘But this award is, as always, due to the dedication of those partners and colleagues that have embraced the relentless focus on service and delivered against our purpose of changing lives through better sight and hearing.’
