GOC erases London based optometrist

The General Optical Council (GOC), the UK regulator for optometrists and dispensing opticians, has decided to erase Malti Amin, an optometrist based in London, from its register.

The GOC has a policy to provide information and retain the background on file for 5 years for eraures and 12 months for suspensions or the length of suspensions if declared longer than 12 months
