Elevate: An International Women’s Day Experience with the Optical Women’s Association (OWA)
To mark this International Women’s Day, the Optical Women’s Association (OWA), with the generous support of Hoya UK, invites you to a curated gathering designed to strengthen leadership, build confidence and deepen connection across UK optics.
Hosted at HOYA’s offices in Wrexham on 24 March, 10am–3pm, this is not a conference. It is an intentionally intimate, conversation-led experience.
Facilitated by Dr Pretty Basra, the day will explore leadership, resilience, mental fitness and the evolving role of women in optics; through keynote insight, fireside-style conversation, interactive discussion and live mentoring moments.
Open to women in all facets of the optical industry and across all career stages, this event is designed to create space for honest dialogue, meaningful exchange and practical takeaways.
Attendance is complimentary.
