The programme has been developed in direct response to feedback from independent practices, with a tiered structure; Aspire, Ascend and Advanced, that recognises and rewards partnership at every level. Partners gain access to dedicated business development resources, and exclusive rewards spanning the group’s portfolio of brands including Varilux and Ray-Ban.

To support partners with aspects of their clinical development, in-person educational and scientific meetings are also planned to learn, share and grow. This includes a series of one-day Clinical Council events, each focusing on different topics, with the first being myopia on 4th November. Here, partners will have the opportunity to listen to external speakers, take part in round table discussions and hear about the latest in myopia clinical research.

Partners will also be invited to the EssilorLuxottica Medical Académie, an annual event encompassing external speakers, CPD sessions and a chance to hear from a range of viewpoints across the optical community.
